🧛‍♀️Your goal is to be INTENTIONAL (i.e., “choosy”) when it comes to your mental and emotional input … because they can have a surprisingly big impact on your mindset!
Studies show that moods can actually be contagious!
✅Now this doesn’t mean you have to ignore your loved ones if they’re in a bad mood, or avoid binging on the latest season of your favorite streaming TV show. Or even scanning news headlines!
But it DOES mean developing awareness of how those choices affect you.
Once you start keying in on that, you might be surprised at how big of a role those choices play in your mental energy!

âś…Use the STOP Technique (in your guide) 3 times today.
✅Take an informal inventory of how things make you feel – whether it’s the people you follow on social media, the news you watch, or the materials you read/watch for entertainment.
✅Make it a point to include MORE things that leave you feeling positive and inspired. (You don’t have to go on a massive unfollow/unfriend crusade to do this.)
âś…Schedule in time every day when you shut off podcasts, audiobooks, or background noise and enjoy quiet reflection time.
