I used to struggle with these three things daily—so I know firsthand how much of a difference it can make when you start addressing them.
Here’s what to watch for:
1️⃣ Sitting for too long.
Whether it’s at a desk, in the car, or on the couch, sitting still slows your circulation, stiffens your muscles, and leaves you feeling sluggish.
The fix: Get up every 30 minutes. Stretch, walk around, or even march in place for 60 seconds. You’ll wake up your body and your brain!
2️⃣ Stress overload.
Stress isn’t just mental—it physically drains your body, too. When your hormones are on overdrive, your energy takes a nosedive.
The fix: Take 5 minutes to reset: deep breathing, journaling, or even a quick walk. Just don’t sit in the stress—move through it.
3️⃣ Not eating enough.
It’s easy to power through the day without food, especially when you’re busy. But your body needs fuel to function, and if it doesn’t get it, you’ll feel it.
The fix: More balanced meals with protein, healthy fats, and slow-digesting carbs. One of my faves? An avocado and egg on whole-grain toast—it’s quick, easy, and keeps me steady all morning.
