Write down what gives you energy and what takes it away for two days. 

And be brutally honest: is scrolling social media energizing? Is skipping breakfast really saving you time—or costing you more later?

Then, pick ONE thing to change… 

Maybe it’s spending 10 minutes outside in the morning. Maybe it’s finally saying “no” to that thing you don’t even enjoy. Or getting back to your workouts consistently.
