What kind of “bricklayer” are you?

Three bricklayers were working side by side on a construction site.

When asked what they were doing, the first one sighed and said,
👉 “I’m laying bricks.” 

The second one shrugged and said,
👉 “I’m building a wall.”

The third one smiled and said,
👉 “I’m building a cathedral.”

Same work. Same materials. Completely different mindset.

So let me ask you this…

When you’re prepping a meal, getting in a workout, or choosing to put your health first—which mindset do you have?
