Since graduating high school, my fitness has taken a backseat, resulting in significant weight fluctuations due to desk jobs over 25 years. I suffered from stomach ulcers and gastro issues, which led to a bland diet and occasional undernourishment. Breaking my foot in 2015 was a turning point. I reached nearly 200 pounds and tried various diets and exercise routines without success due to pain and inconsistency.

Intermittent fasting and Isagenix protein shakes marked the beginning of my progress. Walking my rescue dogs became a daily routine, helping me lose over 50 pounds. However, the pandemic in 2020 caused setbacks, and old habits resurfaced, leading to persistent bloat and joint pain.

A pivotal change occurred when I met a nutrition coach who highlighted the impact of high carbs and sugars on my body. Through a new program focused on habit changes and mindset shifts, I began a transformative journey toward optimal health. I broke free from my plateau by planning meals and incorporating small, sustainable hydration, movement, and nutrition habits.

Managing and reducing debt through strategic planning provided financial stability and reduced stress. This integrated approach led to noticeable improvements in my overall well-being, creating a harmonious balance in my daily life.
