I have felt stuck with meeting the goals I set for myself in my faith, fitness, and finances. One big goal was to supply my body with proper nutrition DAILY. And I was working SO HARD to make it a reality. 

I was at a sticking point that I couldn’t get past. I felt like giving up every single day. After a lot of soul-searching, I decided to invest in myself, and I’m proud to say I haven’t looked back since. The road has been an uphill journey, and the tools I have used have changed over the years for continued growth and success.

Even though investing in myself was a nerve-wracking decision at the time, it paid off in more ways than I could have imagined.

I learned a lot, including that I could do much more than I had believed!

Here’s what I did: I worked with various coaches and mentors who knew how to guide me from “before” to “after.”

Sure, I could have continued to struggle independently, having wins and setbacks based on trial and error. However, my key goal areas needed work, and I found coaches and mentors in all three.

I didn’t want to live the same year repeatedly, so I invested in myself, got results, and created real life-long change.

It was amazing. That experience contributed to starting Spraguelet Wellness, LLC and developing The Empowered Women’s Path.
