The bad thing about having the best vacation

Did you ever experience a vacation that left you wowed!!! 

Visiting places like England, the Rockies, a beach house on the Outer Banks, or even your grandmother’s house. Or maybe you attended a seminar that had a great impact on you.

It was a trip you will never forget. You can look back and see It as an incredible opportunity because it fulfilled a lifelong wish to see another part of the world, meet new people and make friends for life, or brush shoulders with giants in your business industry.

There was just one problem.

Restaurant and food choices leave you actually missing a single vegetable. By day three, you are begging for a salad. Or even a serving of green peas (not my favorite).

Ready for a shocker? Even your kids are looking for something healthier!

Don’t get me wrong, I know from my own personal vacations in the past, the food was good, but day after day the barrage of processed food was just too much.

My body wasn’t loving it. Among other problems I won’t get into, I was tired, bloated, and even achy! Plus, I wasn’t sleeping well … and by the last day, I felt crabby and was looking forward to going home so I could finally eat a normal meal.

I’m guessing you’ve had at least one similar experience in your life!

I’m telling you all this because it’s a reminder that …

Sometimes we lose this connection.
