šMake food choices that support your goals, choosing locally grown or organic options when possible.
šWhen choosing animal-based products (like eggs or meat), opt for the best options for your health and your budget.
Day 1: Your Action Items for Today
ā Grab your Clean It Up Challenge Guide and read through Day One: What You Put In Your Body.
ā Go through your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer and scan ingredient labels.
šGet rid of processed foods and other items that donāt meet your criteria.
ā Keep a list of foods to upgrade/replace.
